Classroom in the School of Management

The School of Management classroom is a room of a dozen uses, in several disciplines, supporting multiple teaching styles. The design focuses on a user-friendly approach with a great deal of attention devoted to simple operational controls. Meeting the challenge to combine audiovisual and multimedia capabilities with architectural and facility planning issues resulted in classrooms designed to focus on faculty presentation needs in the classroom.

The Audiovisual (AV) Division of SOM provides quality service and support for the AV needs of over 110 university faculty and 32 classrooms in the SOM building. Classroom reservation is arranged through the Advising Office.

Technical Support Hours for the Spring and Fall Semesters

  • 7:30 am to 9:00 pm Monday through Thursday
  • 7:30 am to 7:30 pm Friday
  • 7:30 am to 2:00 pm Saturday

One of the AV specialists is ready to help with any classroom technology need.

We also support faculty who want to integrate multimedia technologies into their lectures, aid in design and project management of the creation of technology-enhanced classrooms and meeting rooms, and provide on-hand technical support.
