Shipping Information

Shipped displays and literature for the UT Dallas Graduate Business & MBA Career Fair must reach UT Dallas between September 22 and 24, 2008. Please note that we cannot guarantee that displays and literature received after September 24, or shipped to an address other than that listed below, will be available for your use at the Career Fair.

If you cannot ship your materials to reach UT Dallas by September 24, we recommend that you bring the materials with you, or have them shipped to your hotel.

All displays and boxes must be CLEARLY marked with "UT Dallas Graduate Business & MBA Career Fair" and YOUR COMPANY NAME. We use the information you mark on the outside of your package to ensure that it gets to the correct booth.

Returning Displays and Materials:

You are responsible for shipping your displays back to your company. Please bring the necessary shipping forms with you; these forms must include the weight of shipment and your account number or your materials will not be picked up.
