Current Professional Work
Following 29 years of professional work in university settings (as administrator, faculty member, counselor), I established a private practice as a life coach and consultant. In additional to individual coaching clients in corporate, nonprofit and community settings, I serve a consultant to the National Association of Elementary School Principals and Nova Southeastern University in developing a national principal mentor certification program and a consultant to The Brande Foundation/Breakthrough Enterprises in the development of coach training and outreach programs for education leaders. I am currently an adjunct faculty member of the Institute for Life Coach Training, overseeing certification exams for graduates of the Falling Awake Life Coach Training Program.
As an active member of the International Coach Federation Research and Development Committee, Alongwith hosting the research special interest group monthly teleconference and being a part of the leadership team planning the 2005 ICF Research Symposium I, also serve as Repository Docent for The Foundation of Coaching Research repository (http://www.foundationofcoaching.org). For the second year in a row, I’m co-editing the proceedings of the research symposium and actively conduct reflective coaching practice and engage in coaching research.
