Career Management

Managing your career does not just mean finding a job when you graduate. We believe that it is a life-long process of assessing your skills, working toward goals, and making choices. Starting with Orientation the full-time MBA program offers opportunities to work toward exploring your career interests and increasing your job hunting skills. The Business Communications class and other informal presentations and seminars enhance our students' chances to find the career that fits their interests.

Many students ask about average salaries of our graduates. One of the things students learn in an MBA program is that the average is not always the best number to consider. Salaries depend on many factors such as your salary before starting the MBA program, undergrad major, years of work experience, and your preferred industry and functional area.
